SHIPPING INFORMATION

All products are processed and shipped from our retail store located inside TIFF Lightbox (350 King Street West, Toronto, Canada).

We provide online shipping & in-store pickup options at checkout. Free standard shipping within Canada is included for orders above $150 CAD.

TIFF Shop offers shipping worldwide with tracking confirmation. Any delays occurred during shipping must be directed towards the shipping courier. Shipping rates and incurred duties are automatically calculated based on your shipping address. We are not responsible for any lost, undelivered or stolen packages. Packages returned to us are not eligible for a shipping refund.

Please allow 1-2 business days for standard order processing, plus up to 5 business days during the Festival, special events, sales periods, and holidays.

 

PRE-ORDERS & SPLIT-SHIPPING

Pre-order items will be processed and shipped at their time estimate once they have arrived at TIFF Shop. If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, you will be provided separate shipping methods for each during checkout.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Any international duties, customs and taxes incurred are the responsibility of the customer. If you have any inquiries regarding duties, customs and taxes in your country, please contact your country's customs office.

 

IN-STORE PICK UP

The 'In-Store Pickup' option at checkout allows customers to pay online for a product and pick it up at our retail location - free of charge. In-store pickup orders are usually ready the next business day but may take up to 48 hours depending on item availability. Once an order is ready for pickup, an automated email notification will be sent with instructions to pick up your order. 

Orders must be picked up within 30 days of purchase, or the order will be automatically refunded.
